What is a Career Coach?
The Career Coach position is a paid internship at the Toppel Career Center where you’ll grow in your professional development and help guide your peers through the various stages of career exploration. You’ll help students prepare by providing clear direction, strategies, and guiding them through Toppel’s various resources.
Who are You?
Are you:
- Someone who appreciates the diverse backgrounds and needs of the students they are guiding?
- Not afraid to provide constructive feedback to peers to help them grow?
- Someone comfortable with public speaking and communicating clearly and effectively?
- Someone who can both learn and retain resources to make valuable recommendations?
