The Job Search for International Student series is meant to offer insight into the job search process as well as the sponsorship process. In part 1 of the series, students will learn about best practices for searching for full-time positions. ISSS will also be on hand to discuss the Optional Practical Training (OPT) Process.
During part 2, students will hear from Immigration Attorney Aaron Blumberg about applying for the H1-B working visa. Each session will last approximately 1 hour and will be open to all undergraduate and graduate students at UM.
Please arrive on time as both sessions will begin promptly at 6pm. For any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Anna Kenney at anna@miami.edu or 305-284-5451.
