#GoalDiggin

Meet Dana Franco! Dana is a senior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations. She is also the President of the American Marketing Association on campus. This summer, she was a Global Social & Digital Strategy Intern at Estée Lauder.

She shares: “In my internship, I was able to write social media copy, create content for Instagram Stories, analyze the brand’s social media engagement, complete competitive social media audits and reports, and more.”

Dana has also been #GoalDiggin by using Toppel’s services! “As a freshman and sophomore, Toppel was extremely beneficial in helping me shape my resume using the Mergers & Acquisitions format recommended by the Miami Business School. I also highly recommend that all students utilize Toppel’s Interview Rooms when conducting a remote phone or Skype interview.”

Some advice from Dana: “Don’t be afraid to reach out to alumni! Through LinkedIn, I have connected with so many amazing alumni who have been more than willing to advise and support me throughout my internship and job searches.”
