The Professional Development Academy (PDA) is a program designed to help you develop knowledge and skills for career readiness and success. The Academy will offer you the opportunity to explore critical professional competencies identified by employers

PDA Conference

While reimagining the future of the Professional Development Academy, a group of peer leaders who participated in the program transformed the Academy experience into a half-day conference. The 7-week Diversity & Inclusion Professional Development Academy (DIPDA) curriculum was consolidated into a one-day initiative in the Spring 2021 semester, which addressed self-exploration, personal branding, communication, and a sense of belonging in the professional landscape. This program offered participants the opportunity to explore critical professional competencies identified by employers.
